Get ready for one more wild ride into Marvel’s animated multiverse. The trailer for the final season of What If…? dropped today, teasing plenty of fun to come in the final episodes.
The animated series explores moments in the Marvel universe through a new light, reimagining fan-favorite characters and events. Each episode revolves around a question, like “What if…Ultron Won?” and “What if… T’Challa Became a Star-Lord?”.

The trailer for What If…? season 3 teases some of the characters and universes to come, including X-Men’s Storm taking over Thor’s role as Goddess of Thunder. You can also catch glimpses of cowboy Shang-Chi, a variant of Agatha Harkness, White Vision, Captain Peggy Carter, and even Howard the Duck.
Season 3 will include eight episodes, premiering December 22 on Disney+. Marvel has yet to reveal the episode titles, so for now this trailer remains the only hint at what’s to come in the series’ final episodes. So, check back to THS for more updates.
