The live-action version of Masters Of The Universe is getting two new actors in the roles of The Sorceress & Fisto. Morena Baccarin is playing The Sorceress and Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson is playing Fisto according to Deadline.

They join Nicholas Galitzine as He-Man, Camila Mendes as Teela, Alison Brie as Evil-Lyn, Jared Leto as Skeletor, Idris Elba as Duncan/Man-at-Arms, Sam C. Wilson as Trap Jaw, Hafthor Bjornsson as Goat Man and Kojo Attah as Tri-Klops. Travis Knight is directing a script from Chris Buttler, David Callaham, and Aaron and Adam Nee.

As for plot details, they’re a bit under wraps, but you can assume that it’ll see Skeletor and He-Man doing battle for the fate of Eternia. The 1980s toy line and cartoon saw Castle Grayskull as the target of numerous attacks by Skeletor, Hordak and the Snake Men, all of whom believe the secrets inside will allow them to conquer Eternia and the entire universe, thus becoming the Masters of the Universe. The castle is instrumental in the transformation of He-Man.

The Sorceress watches over Castle Greyskull and is also the mother of Teela. Once she gets outside of the Castle, she transforms into Zoar, a falcon, who communicates with her allies telepathically.

Fisto is a villain turned hero that is about as musclebound as He-Man. He gets his name from his gigantic fist.
